He just needed 2 seconds to know that my weakness was with the balance and not my strength. Great professional, totally recommend if you want to improve your gymnastics movements.

(May 5, 2022, 4:53 pm)I’ve been taking online sessions with Maxim for the last couple of months once a week. I really enjoy how easy and convenient it is. To be honest, I was skeptical about online training to begin with, but Maxim made it work very well. Besides, he is very knowledgeable and experienced. He is an encyclopedia of a human body and brain. You can tell that he has a natural passion for human mechanics, physiology, neurology, sport performance. Combine it with his extensive experience with gymnastics, rehab training, sport performance enchantment - and you will get a combination rarely seen in many other personal trainers (and I worked with quite a few of them). Not to mention his russian sense of humour (turns out it is a thing-)) ) Thank you Maxim for my improved mobility, flexibility and strength…and my lower back which bothers me no longer.
