I work out of town and have traveled to, and from the Halifax Airport at least twice a month using Crissy's service the entire time. The service has be nothing short of absolutely exceptional. Crissy, and all of her drivers are extremely nice, and prompt. They have never been late to pick me up, they have always been on average a few minutes early each time.
I have had trips where Crissy has called me the day before after learning from other clients to let me know that my flight might have been cancelled for the next day due to impending weather, before I had received any information through either Air Canada, or WestJet which had allowed me to make more convenient changes to my travel itinerary, rather than being stuck with the very few last minute choices that one would normally get.
