Great service!
I already had a macpass for 2 of my vehicles. I was able to call in and have another macpass ready for pickup for my 3rd vehicle.
The customer service reps made it so quick as well. I literally went in, gave my ID, and I was on my way!
The downside; if you cannot pick the macpass up, it will be mailed to you in 2-4 weeks, which isn’t extremely convenient. It’s location is also not the best. Personally, I would have preferred if the customer service location was on the peninsula than on the Dartmouth side
