(October 11, 2022, 11:42 pm)I experienced a very severe ankle injury at work. I tried booking with several other physiotherapy clinics, and did not hear anything back. Citadel scheduled me within days of my initial call. Jenn MacKinnonn was my physiotherapist and I cannot recommend her enough! She is incredibly personable, and explained every step of the process so clearly. I now have more mobility, and strength in my ankle then I did before my injury. I recommend Jenn and Citadel to all of my friends and family looking for physiotherapy.
