(March 10, 2020, 5:42 pm)For the first time ever, my sewer backed up, an hour and a half *before* a home inspector and potential buyers were supposed to turn up. Chris came right over, and did a thorough job of making sure everything was checked out and done up right. He's personable and relaxed (which is exactly what I needed, cuz i think I was about to cry), let me know what he was doing, and asked permission before taking certain steps. I was completely thrilled with the service..and then got the bill. I was SHOCKED-- I expected it to be much higher.
I typically only write reviews for exceptionally poor service, or exemplary service. Drain Surgeons are top notch in my book, and will now be my go-to plumbers.
