(December 30, 2016, 11:38 pm)Love the place, no smoking is a bonus, mostly elderly people easy to get along with. The price is out of this world and the owner really doesn't care, as long as he gets his money. There are a lot of people moving out now and some that we talked to are moving out in the new year of 2017.
