We are enormously grateful for the exemplary service provided by Sustainable Housing, in particular their representative, Peter Robertson.
When Peter arrived to complete our second Home Energy Assessment (ahead of claiming rebates for our recently-installed heat pump system), he informed us that, due to the information we had received from our installer, we would likely not be eligibile for the most substantial grant. Peter was empathetic and compassionate in a manner far beyond the expectation of someone in his position.
Peter contacted us a day later to explain that, after further research into our case, it appeared we would be eligible for the grants after all. Long story short, we have felt that Peter (and his organization) have been invaluable advocates our behalf.
