(November 8, 2021, 3:48 pm)I bought VO3 Elliptical Machine at the Dartmouth location a couple.of.months ago. I love the machne and use it almost every day. The sales associate that helped me was Drew Lucas. He was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. He also provided excellent customer service after the sale. My machine needed an adjustment. Drew followed.up really quickly and got the small issue fixed. I would definitely buy excercise equipment at Spartans.

He took the time to help us figure out what equipment would suit our needs and was super knowledgeable about the products. If you're in the market for anything fitness related, do yourself a favor and go see him.

Luis Bracamonte was extremely helpful by providing information about various machines as well as warranty options. He also was able to meet my request of having it installed before the Christmas holidays which I greatly appreciate! I am also really happy with the machine itself and know that it will help a great deal with meeting my fitness goals. Thank-you!

I felt like a family the moment I walked into shop and Sean was extremely professional and friendly. He is very responsive to email as well and he will go extra mile to help you out. Even if you are not buying anything, just drop by to the store to check out things there and talk to Sean...you will appreciate it without a doubt! Sean...keep doing what you are doing my friend!
