They were knowledgeable and could speak from experience on their products. Installation was smooth and the team that came to install were great to deal with, efficient, thorough and considerate! Well done! Would recommend to others!

(April 14, 2022, 1:49 pm)Recently bought a hot tub from McBurney Pools & Spas and have to say that the staff here is very helpful and accommodating. Everything from delivery to setup, staff was there to offer insight and overview into the requirements and procedures to get me up and running and made sure I understood what needed to be done.
Staff made themselves available in the showroom, by phone, and text. One of the technicians even made himself available after hours to ensure everything was working as it should. Customer service of this level is not a common consumer experience. I would highly recommend dealing with McBurney based on my personal experience.
