I recently had an MVI done with that additional work that I knew I needed. I will say the price was decent, the turn around was good, my scheduled appointment happened when it was scheduled and last but, to me the most important, the service was excellent. Thanks guys, I will definitely be coming back and I will recommend your services.

The guys here are friendly honest and make you feel like every bit of work and the price they ask for it is the family member special. No other shop has made me feel like me getting on the road took priority over squeezing money out of me. They regularly offer less expensive options when viable and caution me on where the line between cheep prices end and cheap quality begins when discussing parts and don't push you to select the most expensive parts like many shops I've been to have. 11/10 don't hesitate to trust them with your vehicle and to keep you within a reasonable budget.

I can’t say enough good thing about my experience at Bancroft. I had some brake issues while in town, and they were so helpful, even though they were all booked up for the day. I was back on the highway within a couple of hours and it didn’t break the bank either. I really liked that they showed me what was wrong with the breaks, and even saved the old break pads for me to take to see how worn they were. Thank you so much guys!

I cant say enough good things about my experience at Bancroft. Rob was kind, informative and the pricing was beyond fair. i have a family of people in the automotive industry but this has been my best experience from a shop to date. Im a woman and in such a a male dominated industry, sometimes you're not treated the same as everyone else but Rob treated me with respect and talked to me professionally and normally. Very highly recommend.

Bancroft Auto is one of the friendliest automotive shops in Dartmouth. Family run they provide service work at a reasonable and honest price. I recently took my car in for a tire change and MVI. They made me aware of the issues that needed to be fixed and when I told them my boyfriend was going to buy the parts and do the labour they went above and beyond calling us back after we left to tell us the best way to save money while buying parts. As a woman who often gets the run around at auto body shops I appreciate the honesty and integrity of this shop. I highly recommend Bancroft auto for all your automotive work.
