They always make sure I'm comfortable on my bike before starting the class, and they're so encouraging throughout the class. I always feel motivated, and always feel safe to take any modifications I need. Thanks SPINCO!

(March 22, 2022, 6:06 pm)Had my first ride a few weeks ago and absolutely LOVED IT. 5 ⭐️ workout and the best vibes. Staff were so friendly, checking in was easy, someone helped me adjust my bike and clip in, which was so appreciated. The ride was PHENOMENAL! I’ll be back!

The instructors are top tier and everyone is so supportive no matter what stage of the fitness journey you’re on. Couldn’t be happier to have a location in Bedford!
