Citadel Fence

Everything about our fence experience was top notch! We were adding a fence section and moving another outside a hedge. It was obvious throughout that Citadel Fence was a company with quality service and product. All the people with whom we engaged were knowledgeable, efficient, and acted in a timely manner. Katie and her team of Dustin and Jeff were terrific and did their work with precision. It makes a lot of difference having work completed by a company who values interaction and communication. We cannot speak highly enough of our choice to have Citadel Fence complete our job.

Excellent customer service. Quote was done relatively fast considering I went with a custom/non-stocked vinyl product. They were good with communication of anticipated installation (Spring 2023). The weather was warmer than anticipated and they installed my fence this year ahead of schedule.
On-site crew was fabulous to deal with. Darin looked after all my questions and concerns regarding the installation. There was a brief concern the wrong colour fence was shipped and the GM showed up at my house within the hour and sorted the issue out very quickly. GM’s usually aren’t boots on the ground, but Brian wanted to make sure I was happy with the product.
Finished product looks great and seems very durable. I am very happy I went with the vinyl. Citadels quote was also 33% cheaper than their local competitor for a similar product, same dimensions and same installation method and similar warranty. They also included keyed gates with self-closing hinges. If you’re in the market for a fence, be sure to give them a call.

Citadel Fence did an outstanding job with our wood fence installation! The fence is beautiful and well built. The company worked very hard to ensure that the work was done in a timely way. Their chief builder Marlon was outstanding, highly skilled and experienced...the best workmanship in the business...he really cares about the final outcome...nothing but the best results!!

Duane, A Citadel employee responded to my phone call immediately. He was on PEI and came over to assess my needs and provided a reasonable estimate quickly. This was in July and not surprisingly there was a wait time which was complicated by Hurricane Fiona.

A crew, supervised by Marlon arrived at our home this past Monday. They quickly surveyed the area, asked questions about preferences, confirmed the style of the fence and location of the gate, etc. By the end of the day on Tuesday the project was complete. The crew was meticulous in their clean-up.

We love our fence ! Our sales rep Jeremy was great to deal with and we received a same day quote followed by our contract. We loved Jeremy’s “can do” attitude Other companies told us they were unable to use the existing fence holes, but Jeremy assured us this would not be a problem for Citadel. We knew at that point that we were going to have them do our install. Our installer, Kyle was amazing and so incredibly efficient, this is who you want to install your fence as he really knows what he is doing !! We were quoted 2 days for our project, but Kyle and the young man working with him (also great!) had our old fence out and new fence in in under 5 hours. We had concerns about damage to our asphalt, which was up against some of the old posts, but Kyle was confident he could remove them without any damage; and so he did, which was a big relief for us !! I called the company a couple of weeks later to let them know that some of our solar caps were not working but that I would try to change out some batteries before bothering them to come out. Even though I did not ask for anyone to come back, the company sent Kyle back to replace the 3 solar caps that weren’t working. We were surprised and very grateful to have Kyle back to replace the defective caps. This company gives excellent client service and Kyle is an awesome person and installer. He is an incredible asset to this company. Thank you Jeremy, Kyle and all staff at Citadel fence !! I’m hoping to post some photos soon.
