(November 17, 2022, 2:49 pm)I highly recommend Dave Lee and the whole team at Catalyst Physio. I originally saw Dave for an injury that took me away from sports, work and even made walking difficult. With his treatments and rehab plan, I have now returned to sport and life fully recovered and stronger than before. He is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and I would trust him to help me through any future injuries or issues. In my treatment sessions I always appreciate his attention to detail, science-based approach and the individualized recovery plans and treatments he provides. I have always felt that I was getting the highest quality treatment there. The other team members I have met at Catalyst are always very personable and welcoming, it's a great place and they will help get you back on track!

(November 6, 2022, 11:58 am)I have been seeing Dave Lee at Catalyst Physio on a regular basis for some time. He has treated me for both acute and long term sports injuries. Dave has played a huge role in enabling me to continue playing sports and enjoying a very active lifestyle. The methods and protocols Dave Lee utilizes are different from other physiotherapists I have seen and they have proven to be very effective for me. His ongoing treatments have improved my flexibility, minimized joint pain and strengthened muscles to protect me from further/future injury.
Catalyst Physio is a modern, very well run, friendly and caring place. I highly recommend it . -

Highly knowledgeable, they have treated our sports injuries and rehabilitation after surgery. Their staff is helpful and friendly and the clinic is clean and comfortable. By far the best physiotherapists around.

(October 17, 2022, 1:20 pm)My daughter and I switched to Amie after a recommendation from a coworker and I am so glad we did. You are one-on-one for your session as opposed to being one of several. Her knowledge and approach is incredible and she was always able to properly assess and treat our problems. She quickly built such a trust with my daughter that she was able to do dry needling when my daughter is terrified of needles. Neither of us will go anywhere else. Can’t recommend her enough!

She has been his biggest advocate in getting the best care and the right overall treatments. I have never met a health care professional who cares so much for their clients and will do whatever it takes to ensure their injuries are treated properly and promptly.
Amie’s expertise in sport physiotherapy is well known throughout the community. Amie is the best and I’m so thankful for everything she has done and continues to do for my son.
