(July 22, 2021, 12:42 pm)Marion and Kevin are the professional face of Southwind Energy. They are extremely knowledgeable about Panasonic heat pumps and the best options for each unique application. The Service was amazing, all workers arrived early on installation day and worked together like a well oiled machine with no wasted time and with no mess. I was shown how to use the controls and reassured that should I have any questions to contact them for assistance. The unit far excels my expectations.

(June 7, 2021, 10:27 am)Sales rep was the owner with 20years experiences in the trade. Very knowledgeable; answered all of my many questions easily. Day of install showed up installed 2 heat pumps explained how to use the machines and how to clean filters. Told me any questions don’t hesitate to contact. And stood by that when I messed up my remote and called on a Saturday to figure out what I did. Very informative, Install was quick and left zero mess behind. Hats off to Southwind Energy a great business and great staff. Thanks again!
