When I called the shop in the morning Mike the owner ask me to come in the same day in the afternoon. Everyone in the shop was friendly and very professional. From the beginning they went out of their way to explain me the problem and mostly source the Honda Element parts for me. Derrick, the mechanic was extraordinary, professional. He performed all necessary repairs quickly and perfectly. He went definitely beyond his duties to make sure my car was road ready and safe. I have found this auto shop very professional the service was excellent and affordable. Most definitely this auto shop in on my "keep list". I am so grateful that a box of donuts for the shop can not express my gratitude for the help I have received from them. For any one that needs an excellent, honest car shop I highly recommend Flat Iron Truck & Auto. Once again Thank you Mike and everyone in the shop. I will stop by next time when I need oil change and wheel alignment next couple months. Thank you Lenka

(July 29, 2022, 9:36 pm)Called on the morning for coolant diagnosis/repair for my motorhome Cummings Engine. They said bring it in. I drove to Digby and pulled right in. They could not find the leaking coolant pipe part in Nova Scotia so they removed it, braise welded it, reinstalled it and I was on my way.
This was a vacation saver for us. This service was exceptional!
