She helped with a problem I was having,re my new model machine, noting that the cause of no service was that the machine takes longer to dry than expected after a spill accident. Now completely dry, it worked marvelously, was reset, and I'm having excellent results. Thanks so much Brenda. To top off my good visit she even looked after my insurance claim-- filling out those papers for me.

(October 31, 2022, 2:32 pm)Although I didn't get my cpac back (the one I took in because it was malfunctioning), the service was good. Once they realized that the wrong machine was sent, they vowed to get the right machine, along with the reservoir and carry bag, as soon as they could and were very apologetic about the error.

(August 9, 2022, 1:02 pm)Thank you to Joe for going above & beyond for us. My husband had a massive stroke, we live in Tatamagouche and driving distances makes him very nauseated. When called for our appointment, mentioned to Joe, who came out on a Friday to set us up. She then returned on Sunday to pick up the equipment!! She is exceptional. Kind, professional and so caring. We enjoyed meeting and chatting with her. ❤️

I felt that they listened to me and remembered what I said during future visits. They worked to resolve issues with my insurance company and I never felt pressured or treated in any manner that would make me want to give them less than 5 stars!!!
