(February 19, 2023, 9:26 pm)Nidhi was a patient instructor as she walked us through a wonderful supper of Paneer Tikka Masala, Roti, Matar rice and mango lassis. She was very kind as she watched a hapless roti roller at work! It was a great evening learning a few of the secrets and experiencing the many layers of taste in her foods. We had enough left over for lunch today and I think it was even tastier. It was a nice winter treat and would recommend Nidhi's food and lessons.

(October 25, 2021, 10:25 pm)We chose our menu of chicken curry which was so easy to make and very tasty, along with Matar rice and Ghana Dal Paratha (stuffed Roti bread) which was so good. Desert was Kheer (rice pudding), also very nice.Nidhi brought everything needed with her. Nidhi is an exceptional cook and was such a delight to have her in our home where she shared her family cooking skills with us. We truly recommend Nidhi for anyone who would enjoy fantastic Indian curry cooking experience.

(December 2, 2019, 4:46 pm)Nidhi is fantastic! We invited her over two times already for a cooking class with a group of friends (about 9 people each time). Her recipes are rich in spices and flavors, with fresh and authentic ingredients. The food was amazingly delicious!! Nidhi is very organized and brings all the equipment she needs to cook along. We learned so much by just watching her, but she also gave us ample opportunity to get our fingers and aprons dirty. It is a beautifully enriching and tasty way to spend the evening with friends! Thank you so much, Nidhi, for sharing all your cuisinaire wisdom! We are looking forward to seeing you again soon!
