He had been referred to us by friends as being very knowledgeable and thorough. We were living in Ontario and found a house that checked off a lot of boxes on our wish list in Nova Scotia. We contacted Darcy and he visited the property and walked us through it by video. He was very complete and pointed out different details while remaining neutral. We quickly made a decision and made an offer; Darcy guided us through this process answering all our questions. On the day of closing, he offered to perform a walk through on our behalf making sure everything was as agreed upon in the contract. When we arrived, we couldn’t have been happier with our new home, it exceeded our expectations. Thank you Darcy!!!!

He was polite and courteous, always professional, and easy to connect with at all times. He helped accommodate several video tours and travelled throughout the area to get the job done. We would definately recommend him
