Covid forced me to cancel a trip booked through Selloff Vacations in Truro in March 2020. I was able to get part of my Air Canada fare back and my Expedia hotels, however, I was not able to get any refunds from my Sunwing hotels and my Manulife Insurance policy. I believe that Selloff needs to be more particular about the other companies it reccomends and works with, as some of them do not have good customer service.

Heather is the best travel agent I have ever dealt with! She is so quick to reply and respond! She works after hours for her clients! She is awesome!

Heather was absolutely wonderful and attentive. She helped us book a group of 28 people! We will definitely use her services again.

Went in on a whim yesterday and ended up talking with Jennifer Macdonald. She was great! Didn’t pressure anything on us but made great recommendations for what we were looking for. Our trip isn’t till next month but I’m beyond excited for it because Jennifer made sure the things we enjoy were at the location we are going. Thanks so much!!
