(December 2, 2020, 1:39 am)Walked in at 730pm with my puppy and I was waited on immediately. I gave him a bath, dried him. There were complimentary liver treats. Lol. The nice ladies set me up in the client base. Hand picked a bully stick for my boy, gave him lots of attention, and we headed home. Was a great experience!

(August 11, 2020, 3:38 am)Very nice staff!! Super helpful and just as attentive as you'd want - not in your face, but not ignoring you either. The prices were good as well, which is helpful if you've just arrived from Halifax and realized you left the dogs bag at home...

(April 4, 2020, 10:21 pm)Fantastic and very helpful staff. Prices are reasonable. The only reason for 4-stars vs 5, the store itself seems a little chaotic. If it wasn't for the staff on hand telling me where everything is, I'd probably be overwhelmed having to find what I need. One thing though, I LOVE walking into a place with my dog and feeling like we are part of the family!!
