They fixed our boom, a big job one one in Halifax. Shout out to Nic, Brad, Mike, Tom, Paul, Lindsay and the rest of the team. Big job, got done in just 2 weeks. Can't thank them enough.

(March 28, 2022, 10:41 pm)I have stored my 38ft sailboat at East River Shipyard for the last 2 winters. 3 major points for me are:
1) Service: I can only say "awesome". From the Owners, Brad and Alison, to the techs, to the summer yard staff, I have only been treated professionally, friendly, and the entire team looking out for the best interest of the client and their boat.
2) Available Draft and lifting capacity. Exceeds all others marinas that I'm aware of in NS.
3) Never a problem with pricing.

(January 3, 2021, 1:31 am)I have my sailboat at East River Shipyard for the winter storage and significant repairs. Brad and the team at East River have been a pleasure to deal with and I have never been pressured to purchase extras. I have personally observed Brad dealing with other customers and their concerns. His knowledge, customer service and friendliness is apparent to all. I have spoken to other sailboat owners who have arrived at East River from out of the area and he has gone above and beyond to ensure those boat owners have been able to access supplies from neighbouring communities.

(November 1, 2020, 12:53 pm)East River Shipyard is a full service Marina with great staff. Brad is the new owner as of 2019 and has made tremendous improvements and enhancements to the facility. They have taken care of my boat since 2016 providing mechanical service and indoor storage for my power boat during winter. East River Shipyard has a large travel lift, new launch ramp, security and excellent staff who provide full mechanical service. They also now have Diesel fuel and a third new indoor storage garage.
