Very efficient and knowledgeable!
A couple months ago, I was experiencing pain in my achilles and lower back. After several physio and chiro appointments, I decided to reach out to Ground Control to get fitted for orthotics. At my first appointment, Yotam was kind, professional, and provided clear explanations for the pain I was experiencing. My orthotics (which I received within 3 weeks of my initial appointment) have alleviated my pain significantly. I've gone from being able to do light exercise once or twice a week to working out every morning with minimal pain. I wear my orthotics all the time and they fit in every pair of shoes that I have. I would definitely recommend Ground Control to anyone who thinks they could benefit from orthotics.
My husband and I were recently fitted for orthotics at Ground Control. We are both so pleased with the results. Our orthotics are very comfortable. My husband says "it feels like walking on clouds". I agree!
Jotam was very thorough in assessing our needs. He was professional and pleasant to deal with. We will certainly return when we need our next pairs.
