Great service very friendly staff
Been with this company for quite a few years.
Then when it came time to renew my insurance it went up by about 27% for the Same Car, with No Claims or Accidents.
When I asked them to review it - they said they said they could lower my Premium, by taking off insurance for a Rental Car $20.00- which I didn't even know I had. I am Sure I asked for JUST BASICS, when I got the Policy.
It was still more than it was!
I'll be checking out other Brokers and Companies.
After Canceling the Policy they took out my Payment for a Full Month and I got NO REFUND.

After getting another car... I went back to Vaughn, and to a Good Rate again!

Vaughn had automatically applied a Discount this Year!
