(October 4, 2021, 5:08 pm)I ordered online today and 15 mins later I hear the beeping of MacGillivray Fuels truck backing in my yard. Service couldn't possibly be better than that. Ronnie's always fantastic with getting oil to us. If his day is booked, he'll get us on his way home. Thank you for consistently great service!

There was a miscommunication recently where they weren't getting back to me on a query I had but when they heard about the problem I was having (not from me directly) they reached out to me directly and did everything they could to make it right. I was very impressed with the level of customer service. They heard about the problem and the manager called me and was at my house in an hour, it was unbelievable
