Jeff provides thorough and attentive service. Throughout our time working together he asked the right questions to help me make better decisions for my business. He always made sure I understood what he was talking about and my knowledge level on bookkeeping increased drastically over the year. The service was friendly and approachable. Overall I would recommend this business. -

(February 2, 2022, 12:24 pm)I’ve been a successful business owner for almost 20 years, and I’ve known Jeff Cox for 15 of those years. I’ve known him as an employee, somebody who took the company from modest sales to doubling those sales in the space of a couple of years and putting in place infrastructure that has lasted to this day. When he left the company to move to Newfoundland, I continued to hire him whenever I could.
Jeff Cox is solutions oriented person. His St. F. X. business degree has allowed him to do stuff that would make the university proud. I’ve seen some excel masters in my day, but none as good as Cox. He set up a whole system that allowed us to project sales three years out. He integrated and automated royalties. To call Jeff Cox a bookkeeper grossly understates the skill he brings to the table. He challenges your numbers and assumptions. He calls a spade a spade, and he cares. What you get from Cox is something you may not get even from the best CA offices in the province.
I suspect Cox could do anything he wants, but he is family guy who loves the outdoors. He has three kids that mean the world to him and those are his priorities. For my money, get onboad now because people like Cox don’t come around every day.
