(July 11, 2023, 2:15 pm)AMAZING customer service and great car! We travelled to Nova Scotia to visit family. We are from Ontario. The customer service was beyond excellent!!! Very quick and easy to book. Very responsive to text messages and calls as needed. Also, so kind and helpful!!!! Our flight was delayed from early morning to late evening, so we had an extra full day in Nova Scotia, they allowed us an extra day on short notice so we could continue to sight see. VERY clean car! Wow! HIGHLY recommend, we will use every time we visit our family in NS.

Called them up and arrangements were made with ease and efficiency! The Friendliest service I’ve ever experienced; so appreciated during a stressful situation, can’t say enough how much that means. Very clear and direct with communication. No issues at all. I will be renting from them again as I travel to NS to visit with family. Best experience hands down with a car rental. Highly recommend
