(July 15, 2017, 4:42 pm)This is a fully equipped gym in rural (Cornwallis) Nova Scotia. In addition to cardio equipment, weight machines and free weights, the gym has a pool and fitness classes. It is well mainted and kept very clean. We go early and its never crowded and rarely is there any wait to use any equipment.
