(September 14, 2020, 10:05 pm)Beautiful cottages (we stayed at the Puffin) with a wonderful outlook, unfortunately appeal was impacted by the strong sulphur smell from the water and the significant number of flies around the property (owners must be aware of the issue as fly strips and swatter were prominently available). The owners advised that it was due to timing and sulphur content in the well and I think we were just unlucky to strike the wrong time of year (early September). I'm sure at other times of the year it would be delightful, unfortunately we chose to leave early as it was all a bit much to tolerate.

(September 12, 2020, 7:26 pm)We stayed in the Cloudberry Cottage in May 2020 and it was beautiful! Clean, beautifully decorated, very comfortable king size bed and a beautiful view of the ocean. Just a little over an hour from St. Johns where we live it was amazing to just relax and take in the smell of the ocean and sound of the waves. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Felt like a wonderful escape close to home. Looking forward to our next trip back in August 2020.
Updated with more pictures from the stay in August 2020. Just as beautiful second time around, and I wish I could live there. Plan to go back regularly for the foreseeable future. -
