  Had hoped with my Emerald Exec status to obtain a car class upgrade without being charged extra, unfortunately not, we ended paying 50% more per day/week. The unit was clean, the units of measure were switched to imperial for some reason and the wiper needed attention, good overall! Folks were friendly as usual.

  Kind, responsive service. No lines when I was there (mid-Sept). Access at the baggage claim for all rental car desks. Good car

  One of our best vehicle rentals ever. Our family was joining us so we booked a mini van with 2 child car seats. They do not guarantee the child care seats, however, we arrived to find ourselves picking up a brand new mini van (39 Kms on it) with 2 new child car seats still in the store packaging. Awesome! When the staff person, Serina, saw we had luggage and the car seats to contend with, she kindly had another employer drive us and our belongings up to the vehicle. Another staff person met us there and offered to install the child car seats. Terrific service. Also, due to changing plans we landed up calling to change both our pick-up and drop-off times, no problem and no extra charge. First rate experience all around.
