We've only been at Rock Athletics for a few months, but after trying a couple other martial arts programs, I feel confident saying this is one of the best experiences you'll get in the metro area.
The number of classes offered and options for other programs such as summer camps and after school programs makes this facility stand out from many others - it is a true martial arts school, with ongoing programming.
The instructors are ALL incredible. My youngest son would likely spend every day there if he could. My eldest is actually sticking with an activity for the first time in his 14 years. Both my boys have ADHD and learning disorders and the program has built confidence, focus, and respect in each of them. This is in part due to their programming, but such programming doesn't work without great instructors and an environment that fosters inclusion and support.
Pricing is competitive for what you get and they have flexible options for taking the summer off, etc.
We love Rock Athletics. I strongly encourage you to try them, especially if you've been disappointed in the past with other programs.
I've been training here for about 3 years. Rock Athletics has nothing but professional instructors and a respectful environment. I've did many outdoor classes in the Summer and have never seen any members of Rock Athletics disrespect the public as one rater suggested. The main kickboxing and boxing coaches are world and international champions and the main karate instructors are highly decorated blackbelts. If you want world class martial arts training, train with Rock Athletics.
Took a couple months of Boxing/Kickboxing classes from these guys, plan on doing more next year. Great gym, fantastic atmosphere, great people. Would recommend too anyone who's looking to do Boxing, Kickboxing or Kenpo Karate. Good price for what they offer aswell.
