  This could have been four to five star review. Generally speaking I was very pleased with the sales staff when buying a Toro snow blower and Husqvarna weed trimmer. The Toro is my first snow blower. I chose to cut the gas and run it dry for summer storage. When test starting before first snow it would not start. I called Fun 'n' Fast to try to get some tips before resorting to taking it in. First I spoke to the sales person who owns the exact same machine. He said he was not a professional mechanic and would refer me to the shop. I was okay with this but surprised that he did not offer any insight. When I spoke to mechanic stating how I stored the machine etc. at my request he would not offer any tips/advice and simply stated more than once that I take it in. He started to list several possible complex causes all of which I knew were very unlikely since my machine had only been run a few times the previous season, had new Royal Purple synthetic oil, ran with Stabil all season etc. I knew what taking in the blower would cost even if something very minor, which I guessed it was. Anyhow, I went online to a forum and right away the guys said it was probably flooded and that I needed to remove the spark plug, turn it over a few times, replace the plug and try again. I did and it started first pull. Needless to say I was not impressed with how Fun 'n' Fast handled my query and in the future will consider shopping elsewhere.

  Their service was good and they directed me to the right place even though they did not have the product I was looking for.

  Good place that sells good stuff, not just Can-Am A.T.V's and side x sides, Ski-Doo snowmobiles, Sea-Doo jet skis, and K.T.M dirtbikes, they also sell STIHL power tools and Toro snowblowers and lawnmowers. I purchased a STIHL MS 170 chainsaw here back in the fall and I love it! best $310 ever spent!
