I was very skeptical at first and did a lot of research on it. Finally I decided to give this a try.
There’re was quick responses in the beginning, and I made a mistake in my address and they fixed it right away. I got my digital copy within 3 or 4 days which was awesome.
After I got it, THEN all the bad experiences happened. Took them almost a month to give me my paper copies.
THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL “5 emails within a month” nor did they response to my apartment fax in a timely matter.
LUCKILY MY APARTMENT DID ACCEPT THE FORUMS.

DON’T TRY AND CALL THEM. They’re not any help nor will they be able to help you.
They will take you’re name/number down and pass it along.

Overall I would recommend them if you aren’t in a hurry to get the forums.

Easy as a breeze to get the official sign up information. They tend to take a while for anything else. One of the receptionists was extremely rude

I was not charged before approval from My card . The service was prompt and courteous. The letterhead and verification information is entirely professional and sent in padded envelope. My PDF were sent even sooner. I highly recommend them.
