I have had some horrible experiences with some bad dentists and now, have borderline panic attacks just thinking about going to the dentist, let alone actually going. Because of this extreme fear, i ended up with an abscess awhile back. I was in so much pain, and had no health insurance at the time. I called around to local dentists and happened to stumble upon Dr Pilecki. Her office staff was amazing and got me in immediately. I explained that I had no insurance and literally feared the dentist. The staff, as well as Dr Pilecki all listened to my concerns, and treated me like I was their only patient. I had xrays, and an oral exam, Dr Pilecki gave me antibiotics and sent me home for a few days so the swelling and tenderness could subside a little. When I returned to get the tooth extracted, Dr Pilecki was amazing! She did everything she possibly could to make sure I was comfortable. When I was taken back into the exam room, I was given Nitrous Oxide. After that took effect, she put numbing cream on my gums before giving any injections of Novocain. I felt almost nothing while she was extracting my tooth, just a little bit of pressure. From the time she started working to when she sat me up in the chair, it was less than 15 minutes! Afterwards, I had no pain at all. I didn't need ibuprofen or anything. I was really worried that I would not be able to afford all of this due to not having insurance. For everything, the first visit, x-rays, exam, the 2nd visit with sedation, and an extraction, everything was less than $400! If you've ever had a horrible experience with a dentist, have anxiety about going, or just need a new dentist, you should definitely go to Dr Pilecki. I will never go to another dentist again

(September 29, 2016, 5:57 pm)The reviews are true. Dentistry is an art/science and Dr Pilecki and staff are on top of their game doing excellent work. Genuine and caring people who can customize to the needs of the individual patient. I personally was not blessed with great teeth but Dr. Pilecki and Crystal have made my oral health and smile much brighter. The whole team works together to make an unwanted visit to the dentist an enjoyable one. I highly recommend this team because I have a great dentist and you can too.
