(July 21, 2019, 10:45 pm)I never have to look very far to find a friendly knowledgable associate who is eager to help. Great customer service, nice selection that rivals the big box stores but with a neighborhood store atmosphere, and low prices as well. Valu Home Center gets two thumbs up!

We picked up a box of clear bags for spring clean up, a rake, etc. Everything was easy to find, the store was well stocked, and honestly it was clean. The employees at this location need to take lessons from the employees at the Tonawanda location, because they aren't very friendly. But, all in all, it's a hardware store.
