(July 12, 2019, 4:22 pm)Came into Smith Boys by sailboat down the Erie Canal.Our friend needed his boat pulled out of the water to ship it overland and they boat lift. They have been super helpful and friendly. Good people on the docks - some who live on their boats. They have bathrooms, showers, power on the docks. No gas, no pump out. There is a laundry facility but it was too far for us to walk to.

(September 6, 2018, 8:06 pm)Exceptional service and support. We were cruising the Great Lakes and needed our mast unstepped on our sailboat in order to transit the Erie Canal to get back to the Hudson and the Atlantic Ocean.
Smith Boys bent over backwards to service our boat, gave us great information and advice, and even helped us out with a few issues we were having.
I couldn't recommend these guys more. Great facility and awesome people.
