(April 12, 2019, 1:38 pm)I was travelling from Pittsburgh to Buffalo and saw this as I passed by. Did a quick U-Turn and took a quick walk through the snow to see the memorials. Very beautiful and such a great memorial! The location along the water must be nice in the summer.
