(March 26, 2019, 4:57 pm)I've been very happy using Rite Aid for thirty years. Now, because of corporate policy, they only offer a drug in a round pill which is not scored to half. I have to split 90 pills a month in addition to another pill. I tried to work with the pharmacist to come up with a solution. There was nothing she could offer. I don't think this lack of flexibility best serves your customers. I know it doesn't help me.
I'm afraid I'll have to move my considerable business to another drug store. It's very sad. -

(March 9, 2017, 4:59 pm)I live out of state and my mother lives in Niagara Falls. She is homebound and I have had to call Rite Aid on Buffalo Avenue many times for her needs. The staff are all wonderful and are always happy to help in any way they can. Can't say enough good things about this pharmacy!!

(March 9, 2015, 5:31 pm)I went to this Rite Aid and it's clean and has the same stock as other Rite Aids. The difference this place had was that everyone seemed to know each other. From the cashiers to the customers. Everyone was on a first name basis. Not that it was a bad thing. The staff were super attentive and I hope one day they'll know my name too. It's Ben.
