(June 12, 2018, 3:32 pm)It's a great addition to Sackets! I had other gym memberships, but didn't go often due to distance and lack of child watch. This one is conveniently located, kept up with, and have a great staff team. Due to them being a smaller establishment, their child watch hours are limited. But, they still offer a lot of additional programs for children to be enrolled in. Love their body pump class, in particular!

(September 19, 2017, 11:51 am)Not a bad little gym. A basketball court and indoor running track above it. Physique and body weight training exercise area upstairs, cardio room, weight lifting area, and small palates room. It has a lot of different options and they have workout classes you can attend for free with a membership to the gym.
My only complaint would be the fact that there isn't a squat rack or bench for any heavy lifting. Mostly machines, dumbbells, and cables.
Everything is pretty new though and the place was recently renovated so it all looks very nice.
