Working out at Treo has been life changing. Over the years I have had a variety of gym memberships, but not like this. At Treo you receive the benefits of structured classes with interval training which combines both strength and cardio training. This balance has led to very positive changes for me. Another major difference is the benefit of skilled trainers that provide personalized assistance. You are always shown the proper form to achieve the greatest benefit. If you have not tried Treo, you are not doing the best that you can do for yourself!

I've since moved and don't go to Treo anymore, but being apart of Treo, the community, and the fitness regimen they develop for you, was LIFE CHANGING! The coaches are excited to see you succeed, work and develop your strengths and weaknesses, and make it an open, comfortable, productive environment.

I wish I had a gym like Treo near me now, this is a rare style of gym that everyone should try.
