They treat you as if they are doing you a favor and providing you the service for FREE! Would recommend them based on workmanship, but unfortunately sales team could benefit from classes on professionalism.

(June 5, 2017, 6:18 pm)Sortie Marble & Granite was suggested to us by someone who worked in the business of replacing counter tops. He said they were less expensive and did good work. After checking out two other businesses, we also found that Sorties was the least expensive. $400 less in our case. We also found that the sales representative we talked to was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She brought things to our attention that we hadn't thought about and was not "pushy" at all in getting the sale. She spent a great deal of time giving us information. Another advantage that Sortie offers is that they have their own plumber. Some other places left it up to the customer to get their own plumber. The job was completed in a timely manner - actually sooner than what was originally planned. The workmanship was excellent! I would recommend this business to a friend.
