Once I placed the order online got an email within minutes saying they were all set for pickup. When we arrived we were greeted by a younger gentlemen; sadly I did not get his name, but he was a pleasure to deal with. He went to get the brake pads and even checked the boxes for us making sure everything was in there that we needed. Not a lot of places do that from what I've seen so that was a nice added touch. We talked about a lot of different life related things and I left feeling confident that I made the right decision. I ordered power stop brake pads and I'm very happy with the purchase so far and even saved 20 bucks ordering online and picking them up in store.
