It only took a few days, and he hand delivered it to me. He opened it up and stayed while I checked it out, I assume to make sure I was pleased.
Which I was.

(March 12, 2018, 2:03 pm)It was a pleasure working with Bob. He was very helpful and made our plaque look great! He fit everything on it that we wanted and he had the plaque made very fast. Also, he dropped the plaque off to us at our office. Now that is customer service! We highly recommend him and will be using him again!
