(January 24, 2019, 10:45 pm)Love Dr.Ball, very thorough with her assessments and testing. Takes time to explain everything. She's very patient, kind, compassionate and professional. My world was crashing from brain surgery that resulted in hearing and balance nerves cut. I had terrible tinnitus and was highly sensitive to noises. Not to mention, total hearing loss in left ear created terrible anxiety. One thing l was not aware of, with loss of hearing in one ear, it's impossible to detect where noises are coming from, very scary. One example, my dog ran after a fox and I couldn't tell what direction her barking was coming from. Luckily, she returned to me, but it was scary not being able to locate her. My first meeting with Dr. Ball was amazing, her calmness and explaining everything, put me at ease. She was able to give me crossover hearing aids that help with hearing. I am very thankful that our paths have crossed. Hearing Evaluation services should be very proud to have Dr. Ball on staff. Everyone in the office is kind and have great people skills. Thank you, Hearing Evaluation services!

Dr. Nicole Ball was very helpful and informative during the entire process and her follow up was first rate. I would easily recommend HES and Dr Ball for hearing consultation.
