He is kind, thoughtful, and went the extra mile for me multiple times! So appreciated his willingness to answer questions and his humor throughout the experience, while still remaining professional! Definitely will do business with him again next time I’m in the market for a vehicles!

But at the end of the day we found a car and a plan that worked for me and my family. I feel we got a really great deal and staff was super friendly. Would recommend buying from West Herr.

Simon did a great job of listening to what we wanted and suggesting cars that he thought would be a good fit. We never felt pressured to buy and it felt like we were working with a friend. Thank you for being so patient during our multiple test drives, Simon. She loves the car!

He was very helpful and I never felt pushed into anything I didn't feel comfortable with. After today, if I do end up leasing or buying new. I'll specifically ask for Scott to help with that purchase
