(April 6, 2019, 5:52 pm)If you’re looking for an apartment/ town home in Orchard Park choose Green Lake! Debbie & her property staff were amazing!! Location is perfect- I enjoyed runs along the lake & walked often to the center of town for spin class @ Vibe and breakfast @ Homegrown.
My town home was well maintained & I enjoyed talking with my neighbors. You won’t be disappointed with Green Lake! -

(January 5, 2019, 5:14 pm)This is a great place to live - friendly neighbors, wonderful maintenance that is quick and good and a helpful management office. Debbie and crew are doing a wonderful job. We had no complaints the entire time we lived here. Townhomes are quiet and well constructed so you feel as if you are in your own home.

(July 3, 2017, 7:20 pm)We've loved living here thus far! We are from South Carolina, we were a bit nervous about moving to the north. But our experience has been fantastic- Starting with Green Lake. The management is so helpful, Debbie went above and beyond for us before we were even in the state! We've had a couple small things come up that we've needed maintenance for, and they've come right away. The neighbors are so beyond friendly, and the complex is kept up very well, always very clean!
