Very happy to have found a new eye Dr. Prompt, friendly, easy to talk with, nice setting & very reasonable prices.Can't ask for anything more.
Everyone was so polite and helpful. The eye puff was gentle and easier than anywhere else I've gone. Dr. O'Connor was kind and so quick! I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes, though I should note that I was only getting a prescription, not frames or lenses. As a first time customer, I will be recommending Dr. O'Connor and the staff at Target (Orchard Park) to everyone I know.
I was seen by Dr. Bench. The Appointment was streamlined and the eye exam was professional and Dr. Bench and the staff were personable and knowledgeable. Well organized and new technology/ equipment. I will be back.
Fantastically patient with my wishy-washy (but awesome!) 12-year old! Made sure she could see so no more headaches and squinty eyes during the school day. :D
Dr. O'Connor was very thorough. He explained the tests and findings in terms I understood. He made suggestions about adding a vitamin to support my eye health. He is very nice and I felt comfortable during the exam. Highly recommend him.
