(April 18, 2019, 5:22 pm)I'm very happy with the overall service we received earlier this week. I had a clog in the kitchen sink. They gave me pricing over the phone and were up front about expectations. Within a few hours, we received a call saying they were going to be there soon. Upon arrival, they were friendly, assessed the situation and got right to work. Brad gave some feedback and left the area clean when he was finished. They would be the first call I make if I needed a plumber in the future.

Brad was prompt and extremely professional, completing the work to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate in calling on WNY Plumbing again if necessary.

Did a professional job at a very reasonable price. A very classy organization that has been around a long time. Keep up the great work!!!!

They always take time to explain things and the best thing is they arrive for their appointments on time. The work is performed in a professional manner. All service people are polite and knowledgeable and their prices are fair and reasonable. They stand behind their products and their service. All in all - a terrific company to deal with.
