(June 14, 2019, 9:54 pm)This company has come a long way since my first review. All of the issues that i saw in my review and had complaints about have been appropriately addressed. The rent increase was a misunderstanding on my part. The management now is taking the time to look at and read all their reviews and followup with the people who wrote them to ensure that their concerns are being addressed. Great improvement over the 2 years thank you.

(March 24, 2016, 6:35 pm)On Saturday I went to Pine Point Apartments starting my search for when I sell my home. I was very pleased with the gentlemen who showed me the unit and how he was able to answer all my questions. I believe his name was Lou. When I first made the appointment I was excited because it has an attached garage just like my current home and I would love that privacy. This is the only complex that I have seen that has the single family home feel and perks. I am happy to say that as soon as my home sells I hope that they still have an apartment available I can make my new home.
