My house was recently mapped into a possible flood zone with FEMA's map revisions. I contacted Dan King (I am out-of-state but learned that Dan services flood insurance policies nationwide), who spent many hours researching the details of my situation, trying his best to save me money, and ultimately saving me thousands of dollars by determining how my house could qualify for two different discounted programs, and a way to appeal my current high risk flood zone. He was very knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous and truly looked out for my best interests, and presented options that I did not know were even available despite closely researching FEMA's website myself. He truly cares about his customers and I look forward to doing business again with him in the future.
