So I was referred to this office so I could pick it up and skip waiting for next day delivery that required a signature. I spoke with Ray and he took my tracking numbers, checked his pallets, found my package and put it up front for me to pick up a day early, saving me a whole day waiting for a package that required a signature for delivery. Great help.
